Terms and Conditions

1. Participation Fee

   1. No entry fee or payment is required and collected to submit a nomination.

2. Accuracy of Information

   1. The nomination must be submitted by an authorized representative of the company/organization.

   2. The authorized representative and the company/organization are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is true, complete, and accurate. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

3. Verification Process

   1. The Organizer, Validation Team, and Jury reserve the right to verify any information submitted through interviews, reference checks, or site visits, as deemed necessary.

4. Submission Requirements and Deadline

   1. All required information and supporting documents must be submitted on or before the official submission deadline of August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

   2. Only complete nominations submitted by the deadline will be accepted. Late, incomplete, or improperly submitted entries may not be considered.

   3. Once the Submit button has been clicked, all submitted information—including the company profile, authorized representative details, and supporting documents—will be considered final and may no longer be edited, modified, or transferred to another party.

5. Modification and Resubmission

   1. Submitted nominations cannot be edited, modified, or resubmitted.

   2. Saving a draft does not constitute a final submission.

6. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Data Protection

   1. Information collected from the company/organization and its authorized representative will be processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

   2. All submitted information will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and used solely for the evaluation, validation, and administration of the awards.

   3. Submitted information will be accessed by the validation team, Golden Pencil, and designated third-party technical jury members (which may include representatives from partnered Industry Associations and Organizations) strictly for the purpose of auditing and evaluation. All reviewing parties are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

7. Use of Submitted Materials

   1. By submitting a nomination, the company/organization grants First Gen and its official organizing partner, Golden Pencil, permission to use submitted information, photographs, logos, and other non-confidential materials for awards-related communications, promotional materials, publications, and announcements.

   2. Highly sensitive documents (such as unreleased ESG disclosures, internal Terms of Reference, and financial data) marked as ‘Confidential’ will remain strictly for the Technical Jury’s evaluation and will never be published or shared publicly.

8. Awards Night and Finalist Participation

   1. All nominees with valid submissions will be invited to attend the Awards Night. Winners will be announced exclusively during the event.

   2. Finalists must be present at the Awards Night to receive their award.

   3. Finalists may be required to participate in interviews, photography, and video recordings for the Awards Night program and related promotional activities.

9. Acceptance of Terms

   1. By submitting a nomination, the company/organization confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the official Awards Guidelines.
